A Stronger Midway Starts Here. Starts Today.

About Malcolm

Born and raised in the heart of Historic Midway, Georgia, Malcolm Williams is a proud product of the Liberty County Public School System and a graduate of Bradwell Institute. After high school, Malcolm answered the call to serve his country in the United States Army and the Georgia National Guard. His commitment to service and community led him back to Midway, where he continued his education at Altamaha Technical College and began a career with a contractor at Gulfstream Aerospace.

Throughout his career and community service, Malcolm has worn many hats. He served as a City Councilman in Midway, demonstrating leadership and a deep commitment to local issues. As the Director of 11 Black Men of Liberty County, a founding board member of the Savannah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and a board member of the Liberty County Boys and Girls Club, Malcolm has dedicated himself to uplifting our youth and fostering community growth.

Malcolm’s public service extends to roles on the Georgia Initiative for Community Housing (GICH) and as a member of the Pooler West Chatham Kiwanis Club. As part of the Hinesville Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (HAMPO), he has advocated for smart growth and planning for the region. His professional experience with Pittman Enterprise over the last 12 years, as well as his role as an ambassador for community events with Chatham Parkway Subaru, further showcase his dedication to community engagement and economic development.

Malcolm Williams’ vision for Midway is rooted in fairness, integrity, and a deep respect for the community that raised him.

Malcolm is committed to smart and sustainable growth for Midway. He believes in balanced development that supports small businesses, creates jobs, and preserves the unique character of our town.

Public Safety

Ensuring that Midway remains a safe place to live, work, and raise a family is one of Malcolm’s top priorities. He supports investment in public safety resources and stronger partnerships between law enforcement and the community.

Youth Empowerment

As a longtime advocate for youth programs, Malcolm will work to expand after-school programs, mentorship opportunities, and recreational facilities for Midway’s young people.

“I believe in a Midway where every voice is heard, every resident is valued, and our future is built together, rooted in respect, driven by integrity, and inspired by the rich history that shaped us.”
